Good Morning, if you have abrasive wheel training can you can you give abrasive wheel training or do you need a cetificate to train people in abrasive wheels, advice please

IMHO it all comes down to competence.
If in doubt, ask you insurer if they would accept this if they had to pay out / defend a claim involving the use of the abrasive wheel. It would also depend on what you are training the employee to do - just use it or is it mounting the blades and so on?
