OK folks, it's Friday but I thought I would share this to see if anyone has met this level of sheer stupidity.
Awaiting a VIP type visit to a training shed, myself and a colleague decided on a look around to check all was as should be. In the shed we noticed that the fire exit is impeded on both sides by....fully loaded flame-safes. You literally could not make this stuff up !
Oh and earlier today, the same two staff responsible for this abomination were also captured using the old "pallet on a forklift" MEWP to clear gutters....TGIF

Hi Safetrain,

That sounds like nightmare, I think we all agree that these two individuals need a proper speaking too!!

Hope you took a photo. You just can't beat material like that for training purposes!
