Hi all
Does anyone have a link or info to where I can find further info on a type of lifting aid that I am aware of but haven't seen!!
Not even sure what it is called but it is some type of equipment that lowers and raises as weight is added to it / taken off....any assistance would be appreciated.
Cheers FH

FH, You can also get spring types that raise 'automatically' as the load on them is reduced. Stu

Stu - would you know anywhere that I could get more info on these. The actual issue is that we have very recently purchased chest type freezers that are very deep to store frozen meals for a service we provide to vulnerable people.
Around 500 pre cooked meals are stored in these and there are issues with back strain for staff already when filling / unfilling these. I was hoping that I could find something along the type of equipment I described - probably should have explained this in my original post..doh!!!
Easiest solution would have been to consult with staff / H & S prior to the purchase - then we would have purchased 'front door' type but you all know the script on that one!!
Cheers FH
