I'm reviewing the H&S annexes in the service contract for a new O&M contractor. There's a lot of general stuff in there that you would expect to find; work according to relevant legislation and procedures, competency and training, incident reporting etc.

Based on experience with other similar contractors at other sites, I already have an idea of what additional requirements I'd like to have in there, so this is more of a general question.

If you had the chance to re-negotiate a contract with your contractors, what additional requirements would you add to the H&S annex? They could be reasonable, or as it's nearly Friday, completely unreasonable.

If you are a contractor, have any clients tried to slip any outrageous H&S demands into your contracts?
