I am working in a 9 storey development as the principle contractor on site and originally we were to be doing the full fit out of the building. We are now in a situation where 2 of the new buyers will be carrying out their own fit out with their own contractors. Both fit outs are only accessible through our site and common areas under our control. Can someone please advise me on what agreements need to be in place with ourselves and the new contractors. the private buyers are not subject to CDM etc. but their builders are at work so they are subject to CDM etc. so manage it from that point
