If anybody can tell, how long it will take to get my membership status changed from affiliate to TechIOSH after I submit all the required documents to membership team.

It depends on when you applied mate.. I think IOSH has a scheduled ratification meeting on every 11th of every alternative month and next must be on June 11th.
and after ratification it will take another 15 days minimum to see the change in your membership status.
