please share the standard /best practice notes for controlling ignition from diesel/petrol vehicles in hydrocarbon industry. Is the HAC drawings sufficient to restrict vehciles movements or something more to be looked into. Please advise

um - not quite sure I get what you are after...
If looking at emissions whilst looking at the control of ignition (ie research and development) then exhaust venitillation, timings of trials etc. This, of course, would initially be based upon the manufacturer's drawings and basic emissions given and then appropriately assessed for the work you are doing.
If looking at emissions in a warehouse, change for electric (if possible) or have ventillation/no-go areas
If just generally in the workplace then that would depend on vehicle types, amount of vehicles, delivery times etc.
