Dear All I am completing one of my elements for my IPD. I have been asked to carry out an audit of my safety management system and identify deficienes with my system and action these. Does anyone have a sample audit sheet I could use. I have been in the process of implementing OHSAS 18001. Any help be appreciated. eddie@bpmckeefry.com Thanks
