When analysing accident trends, apart from lost time, 3 day and 7 day accidents do you record? i.e. Bruises, Burns, Cut, Irrigation,Punctures, Scratch, Sprains & Stings

The short answer is yes, as its the only way you can see long term trends. Doing this enabled me to put forward my argument about how ineffective our procedure was for dealing with sharp objects and since this was reviewed and different measures were introduced we have seen a 60% decrease in these types of injuries.
