We are warehouse/ logistics and have around 2000 staff. We currently don't use anything than previous years to benchmark so we don't know if our standards/statistics are good or bad. Also has anyone got a copy I can have or their hs kpis they present to the board as the ones we have used for several years have been flagged up as not really telling anything of any importance and I'm looking for inspiration

IOSH has a retail group so you could try contacting members in that group. I don't know if they meet up or whatever but the members may be willing to assist you.
