One of my clients needs to do some repairs to the business premises, basically replacing the steel clasps on the panel skims on the exterior of the building. The contractor has said the project will take over 30 days, using a scissor lift to do the minor repairs to clasps, it is in public area, would this be classed as construction and notifiable under CDM?

Thanks Sutty Ive done a little research as CDM is not one of my strong points and I came to the same opinion.
