TMV strainer/filter descaling on an annual basis. I do not see this as mandatory according to the latest Code of Practice. But best practice given that we look after a vulnerable group.

Can I have any feedback on this issue - please

We recently had an Anglia Water inspector come to our factory. One of the points raised was that showers are run weekly for 5 minutes on a hot setting when they aren't being used.
Probably not an issue in a care home, but I thought that it was noteworthy.
