With this mornings news on raising the cap on Magistrates ability to fine any idea if the Health & Safety (Offences) Act 2008 will be up for change?

If the offence is dealt with summarily, then I assume that it means *all* offences dealt with in a magistrates court. Irrespective of them being indictable as well.
