Good Afternoon, It has been a very long time since I posted but here goes. As part of my remit as health and safety manager at my site, I have responsibilities for our head office function; a large office environment of around 3000 people. I am looking to start to make an impact on developing a positive culture growth in this building. I have extensive experience of behavioural safety in heavy manufacturing but limited in this type of workplace. Does anyone out there have experience of safety management in a very large office environment? If so, I would love to have a chat and bounce some ideas around. Here's hoping. Best regards Clive
