Good Morning All,

I have completed the Environmental NEBOSH Cert in additional to the NEBOSH Gen Cert and Fire Risk as well but in order to gain a wider understanding is it beneficial to join any environmental groups for further support/assistance etc etc
I am also about the start the NVQ Diploma in Occ H&S as well

As part of my on going career review I would appreciate thought and comments, I am happy to pay any subscription fees but would like would also like to make sure I am not paying twice for the same thing.

Thank you

I've just done the same examination, you could look at the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management, it affords the same membership and should you pass you would be able to apply for technical membership.

Good Luck

IEMA is the one for environment, in my view, for both qualifications and membership http://www.iema.net/

I agree with Pikeman, if you are looking for enviornmental qualifications & membership, IEMA is probably the best known & accepted.

With regards to becoming an IOSH trainer, all the information is available on the IOSH website under the following link http://www.iosh.co.uk/Tr...How-to-get-licensed.aspx

I hope that helps.

For Environmental Qualifications.. I will recommend IEMA..

Since you already have the environmental background. try to get the Associate membership of (AIEMA) by completing Online exam rather than going for a environmental certification course. Even if you do a AIEMA Associate Certificate course you still need to complete the online exam for achieving Associate Membership.. check the link below for more details

In my Opinion

Qualification selection should be based on your working environment , and or possible working environment you looking for..if it is low risk environment, then go to IEMA qualifications , routes..Hope it help
