Hi All Wonder if any can help me? I am trying to implement a system for managing training records, analysing records against training specifications and identifying training needs. My initial plan to to develop a database using Access 2013 but I wondered if anyone had purchased a software solution. I know what I want but I am afriad I dont have the technical ability to create it myself. Thanks in advance Dave
