Hi there I am in the process of reviewing and re-writing my employer's company car policy and driver policy. Having just listened to the webinar on SHP online I am keen to ensure that the policies are correct and cover the company as well as possible. Has anyone had any experience in writing these policies and would you suggest that I get it approved by any regulators or solicitors? After listening to the webinar (in the link below) I have had my eyes opened and I now realise just how much of a minefield driver safety is and how it can easily be picked apart in court if not written properly.
