I'm looking for some advice on what would constitute a good safety regime with regard to a high speed rolling road in a motor garage. This is used for performance measuring. Whilst I'm familiar with most garage work, this is a new one for me. The HSE guide HSG261 does not offer too much help.

Please will any knowledgeable person be so kind as to PM me with a phone number so I can pick their brains.
