I have several purple, flat, endless nylon slings in use on the shop floor, I am sure these are subject to statutory inspection. During a recent thorough examination I was told by the inspector they were single use slings and therefore should be disposed of after one use.
I am sure he is wrong, can anyone help?

He is not wrong but it depends on what type of sling they are did you order them in, have you got a current certificate for the slings is so they are multi use unless otherwise stated, if they came to allow offloading of materials from the distributor / manufacture then probably they are only a single use sling you would need to confirm this with your supplier

Regards

Chris
