Dear all

Does anyone have a reccommendation for a downloadable health and safefty audit application for a tablet?

I am going to be doing a lot of auditing and am looking for something to help speed up the process.

I want an app that will:

1)Be easily downloadable to my tablet
2) Be easy for me to customise or indeed write a set of yes/no questions as the audit will be specific to a set of criteria which have already been agreed.
3) as cheap as possible as I work for a charity.

All contributions gratefully received. Thanks so much,

Sara

Effective software have a report on site app which can be used for auditing but I am not sure if you need to buy lots of other software as well - we use the whole system which is good

I have an apple tablet, also a paper site safety audit templete dOcument that I wrote myself. I used to print it out to take to site and use a pen with clipboard during the audit.

I have now put the template into the icloud, (pages format) and retrieve it when I need it.

I can qctively use the template on the ipad when on site and simply print and or email once in rage of wifi.

It is a bit basic but cost me nothing and it works for me. Why not have a go at Doing it Yourself and save your charity a few bob?

I-auditor is excellent and I think should cover any audits, inspections. Its free, but there is a charge if you want to save to word format (std is pdf). Need any help give us a shout, just in the process of setting up a supplier audit template.

Currently using I-Auditor and i can thoroughly recommend it.

Print off the user manual and have a good read, also there are a huge range of documents/templates available on the I - Auditor public library - it may be just a case of tweaking some of these to suit your needs.
