Just looking to see if anyone is using Montie?
If so in what cpacity to you use it, to supplement existing traing or to provide additional training info?

Had a look at it but thought a some of the material was rather dated - and from Australia

They are supposed to be updating it and now have more English versions. I have looked at it but cant agree with a yearly recurring price for something I may only need two or three videos at the most.

I think the selling point for me is the server access
We are a business with many different work activities spread over many different buildings
We take on seasonal staff every year to supplement full time staff thes staff Work for different managers at different locations on different shift patterns
The idea of Montie would be to give existing staff access to more info/web based training as and when to top up learning
Seasonal staff at the induction stage can use the resource instead of the formal training.
Does anyone see anynflaws in this?
