Can someone confirm the maintenance requirements for the above? My plan was to add these onto the maintenance schedule we already have for our forklift and powered pallet truck and cover within LOLER i.e. have an annual thorough examination.

I think this link will help will help , as stated by the HSE although pallet trucks are work equipment they do not come under LOLER.

Hi, Dave is right - they would be covered by PUWER rather than LOLER on this occasion - I have sent you a link on DM of a tagging and checklist system we have developed for pallet trucks which may be of interest
