Generally, Audits tend to look at both the "Status" and "Effectiveness" of Health & Safety Arrangements etc i.e the safety management system-irrespective whether it is a certificated one for a large organisation or or a simple one for a small organisation. If it is weekly, it appears that it will be more of an "inspection/walkabout" to check whether the specifics are in "order" or not.
