We have recently undergone some health surveillance include noise monitoring. One of our trades staff has come back with an issue with their hearing and Occ Health has recommended 'suitable' hearing protection either through good quality ear defenders etc. The person has then visited a hearing specialist on the high street and they have recommended custom filtered ear plugs. has anybody ever issued any of their staff with Puretone Binaural custom filtered plugs from audio screening before? Just wondered people's views on this product and whether other suitable hearing protection is just as good?
