I gained my Diploma in 2009 and since then I have been trying to get a foot on the SHE ladder. I have over 29 years experience in the chemical industry and since gaining the Diploma I have taken every opportunity to gain SHE experience. I have been for a number of interviews and the feed back has always been the same not enough SHE management experience. it would of been ideal if I could start work as a SHE officer but with my current salary I have to look at managerial positions. I feel like I am stuck in a vicious circle and I am not getting any younger.
CAN ANYONE HELP?
