Hi,

Before I start doing one from scratch does anyone have a good Occupational H&S Plan template I could use?

Thanks in advance.

I do but you would have needed the identical management system structure for which it was written. Many use the heading in the acop as their basic template because that is the only one CDMCs understood but the forthcoming changes will leave you free to design one which matches your own system structure without the arguments previously encountered.

My own system use a thirteen section structure with such headings as

Policy
Organisation
Leadership
Management of Contractors
Design and Change Management
People Training and Behaviours
Management of Risk
Emergency Procedures
Security, Welfare and Traffic Management
Accidents Reporting and Investigation

etc etc

You can work around these and add as you wish.

Do you mean CDM Construction Phase Plan, or something else?
