Hi there

Does anyone here have a pre-use check sheet for non-integrated working platforms that they can share with me?

I am in the process of putting together a procedure and inspection process and need a few tips.

Step 1: Destroy the platform and sell the bits for scrap.
Step 2: Hire a MEWP.

Search for Guidance Note PM28 on the HSE website, this covers use of non integrated working platforms and the Design section should help you identify what needs to be checked pre-use.

But, be aware of the limitations of use and pay particular attention to the Guidance Note introduction and the definition of "occasional use" before you put together your procedure.
