Hi

Just a quick one. Is there a requirement for a H&S Law poster for the Irish Republic, similar to the one we would display in the UK? If so, anyone have a link to where I could order one please?

Many thanks

No. There is no requirement. However there is a requirement to have all the information to be brought to the attention of employees etc in written format, such as the safety statement. This is cited in Section 20 Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Atc 2005.
