I work in a industry where there is a chance we may get asbestos coming in. To combat this risk every load thst is broght in is inspected when it is tipped of by a competent person. The person is asbestos aware trained and knows what to look for. If the load is contaminated it is quarantined and rejected. All of this is written in to our IMS and the method statements and working plans.
