Can't find anything on the net that gives clear [UK] guidance on what should be 'surveilled'. Would like some info before I contact our slightly vague Occ Health provider.

You are likely talking about health surveillance (looking for sign of the ill heath effects - look for what ever they are) or biological monitoring (of the substance or metabolites) in body fluids?

You will almost certainly be looking at biological monitoring. Speak to Kate Jones at the Health and Safety Laboratory (01298 218435) for more on this. Chris
