I have worked as a health and safety officer in FE education since 2010 and now I need to move up the ladder. I am looking university roles at the minute but putting my finger on the next right move is proving tricky.

I really love working in health and safety and I am hungry to get my teeth into some real hard work.

Any advice from seasoned professionals on making the next move would be gratefully received.

Why is it proving to be tricky, i.e., what are the particular issues you are having?

Regards.

We do tend to get typecast unfortunately. You will probably need to expand your search area or else wait for the right opportunity to come along.
