I have recently seen copies of the client and principal designer guidance draft documents. Together they are larger than the 2007 ACOP. The designer, contractor and PC guidance are still to come...... Well done the Construction Clients Group for getting what you didn't wish for - increased bureaucracy! In addition the client duties and therefore liabilities have increased. The HSE and FFI - interesting times indeed.
