Hi I'm undertaking a lead auditor’s course in ISO 9001 in the New Year & looking for some bed time reading over the next few weeks to hit the ground running. I've been told I need to read up on 19011: 2002 & was wondering does anyone have a copy they could send me. Also just to push the boat out if anyone has past exam papers for this they could send me. Hi Patrick, The standard comes at a cost via BSI online. I was too tight to part with £125. Just as well, a copy was issued as part of the £1100 course via LRQA. I did little reading prior (enough to understand the methodology via wikipedia). The course was intense with enough homework to ensure a pass. Hope this is of some help. Good luck. Regards Alex
