Afternoon,

At my last place we had Datix (other systems are available) and it worked very well. I've come to this new job and we have... bits of paper flying about. We have a project looking at getting a proper system, and we are currently considering what other organisations use.

We have NHS contracts, so we have to have something that meets NHS information governance requirements, is accepted by the CQC, and meets any sort of confidentiality requirement you can name, so if you have an electronic system, operate in the health or social care fields, contract with the NHS, run registered services and are happy to discuss your system I'd be very keen to hear what your experiences are.

I would be quite happy to use Datix again, but we have to check the market and satisfy the Board that we are spending charitable funds wisely,

John

Thanks for the responses; I guess we chose Datix at my last place for good reasons at the time, but it's always worth checking out the market; useful comments psycho, will bear that in mind,

John
