Hi The main issues we consider are:- 1. To be polite and considerate at all times and do not get into an argument with residents. If there are any issues they should report these to the Site Supervisor/Manager. 2. Do not use bad lanuage or spitting. 3. Secure the work area to prevent access and keep all tools and materials inside the boundary. 4. Good housekeeping and clean up on a regular basis especially mud on footpaths. 4. Don't sit on boundary walls and close gates. 5. Clear rubbish don't leave foodwrappers or empty drink cans on walls. 6. If works impact on access to a property inform the residents and keep them updated. 7. As previously mentioned noise and dust can be an issue. Generally no noisy activities before 8am and plan works to avoid early morning where possible. 7. If works are going to generate dust always dampen down but also give residents an opportunity to move vehicles, close windows, take washing in.
