I am currently working with an International organisation and they have asked about what KPI's we should have in place for international construction project. Obviously a very open question but I am really looking for only a few high level KPI's that the international construction industry will be able to use.

There is IOSH/ASSE good practice guidelines, "Global best practices in contractor safety"
