Does anyone have a gap analysis I can have please? I am looking to integrate BS 18001 into an existing 9001 and 14001. Many thanks, Wayne.

Surely a gap analysis is a critical look at what you have against what you need - sorry but I don't see how someone else's will work for you - unless you want a template type document? Stu

Try:- http://18001auditcheckli...p-Analysis-Protocol1.pdf But you will have to do the actual gap analysis yourself. All it has are the requirements, whic anyone undertaking the gap analysis has to properly understand. If you are serious about acheving the certification, my suggestion is that you buy a copy of BS OHSAS 18002:2008. It has BOTH the requirements from OHSAS18001:2007 and guidance on how the requirements can be met.

If you want to aim for actual integration of various management systems standards ( and not have3 independent systems) you may want to look at PAS 99:2012, "Specification of common management system requirements as a framework for integration" http://www.bsigroup.com/...9-integrated-management/ There is also IOSH Guidance, "Joined-up working : An introduction to integrated management systems" http://www.iosh.co.uk/~/...Joined-up%20working.ashx (Pls copy & paste the whole URL--do not use the partial hyperlink)
