I have a H2o2 dosing station which we are decommissioning as it's no longer required. I understand that this is classed as construction works and therefore comes under CDM but is it notifiable to the HSE? The work will be less than 30 days or 500 man hours. Look forward to your comments John

I advise that U employ a competent H&S bod as, with all due respect, it appears that CDM is outside your competence areas - Once this first job is complete U should have picked up enough information etc. by shadowing that competent person to be able to undertake future CDM works
