Insurance companies are a good source for hot work permits. Here's a few, pick whatever suits your organisation best. http://www.ecclesiastica...buildingworks/index.aspx http://www.rsabroker.com...t/files/RMG62HotWork.pdf http://www.qbeeurope.com.../Hot%20Work%20Permit.pdf

Hello, Hope you do not mind me tacking onto this thread. I have just taken on more responsibilty as Safety Officer. I work for a small Bio-Pharmaceutical company on the Isle of Man. We have just (In the past week) Implemented a PTW system, but so far only the PTW procedure has been written. I am current working on the Hot & Cold Permit procedure. However, I am getting a little 'bogged' down. If someone could off assistance I would be extremely grateful. Regards Jon

Jon PM me with your email and I will forward you on some stuff. I developed a simple single page permit, supported by "permit cards" on spcific risks, such as hot work, electrical, confined space, etc Jonty
