An academic study stating the bleeding obvious?

However just one section stood out. The author suggests that... "Myths that demonstrate over-interpretation such as standing on an office chair to put up Jubilee bunting constituting a breach of health and safety regulations are incorrect assumptions that these forms of regulations exist in this area.” I consider myself to be an enlightened and practical sort and certainly not a "Safety Nut" but, bearing in mind that 99% of all office chairs are swivel chairs these days there cannot be too many H&S professional that would recommend standing on one for any reason at all.
