I was an interested viewer of a website that listed incidents from all corners of the globe (www.safetynews.co.uk) but it appears to have been inactive since August last year.
Does anyone one know why? Does anyone know of an alternative source of information on such incidents?
It appears to have been a labour of love with no advertising/no income to support it.

David,
Have you tried the International Labour Organisation web-site. I haven't looked myself but thought it might be useful

Thanks Invictus, it's a good resource but doesn't provide the reports that the safetynews.co.uk site did.

The Chemical Safety Board (www.csb.gov) is a great source too, well worth looking at. It has a great graphic on the Deepwater Horizon incident and the well head sealing. Well worth looking at in my opinion.
