Hi All I (the business I work for) have a building (old railway hotel) that has been partially demolished and is heras fenced off etc. We own the building and land but have a purchase agreement with a national house builder to manage it. For some reason that I cannot fathom out, I have been asked to arrange an independant inspection of the building (I have years experince in construction and demolition, black CSCS card etc, but not deemed independant.
