Hi We are looking at reviewing our current contract regarding the above. It works with a licence allocated to each employee who completes the assessment. My understanding is that this remains" live " year after year and we continue to pay for it! For example someone will be sent outstanding questions for example "is your office noisy?" ...If the employee does not answer that this has being completely resolved then the licence remains live and there is a cost attached to this?....which is difficult to track if you have 800 employees. So my question is do any of you have a similar contract and how do you manage it effectively ..reducing costs etc or are there alternative systems out there that members use? Thanks in advance

Using the info from Appendix 5 VDU workstation checklist http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/priced/l26.pdf our IT guys created our own.. only cost was their time. Works well

I second the above. We have our own in house assessments for this albeit we have a comparatively small office.
