It's a close call (no pun intended) but personally I think the 2nd place photo should have been the winner.

Thanks for this, the photo has formed an email to all my staff to set 2015 off on the right note. I understand about the 2nd place, RayRapp, which is probably even more dangerous, but like the irony of the first place in that they knew they had to foot the ladder!!!

Don't know about the award ceremony, but I think there's a reception at A&E. It's us at the end of the day that will be footing the bill for their stupidity when they end up in A&E. There was talk a few years ago of charging company's for work related accident care, what happened to that ?. Chris

They all have more 'nerve' than me as I would not put myself in that situation. Maybe though they don't have more nerve but less of something else??? Thanks for the link John :-)
