Hi All has any one done a risk assessment for a high caged Silo ladder that i could take a look at please

Hi, I don't have a risk assessment for a caged ladder on a silo. Am I right in assuming that you are considering if caged ladders are suitable in the prevention of falls?

If so please see link below for an HSE research report on caged ladders as this will probably help.

It's usually prudent to fit a ladder FAS (fall arrest system) to the ladder if spans a large distance with platforms in between etc.
