Public buildings and low level antisocial behaviour

I am interested in approaches that have been taking to training lone workers/pairs of workers in managing situations where they experience low level antisocial behaviour involving groups. Ultimately the police may be involved where behaviours escalate but my question relates to groups who may be disruptive in a variety of ways.
Personal safety training skills are used for issues which occur on a one to one basis between visitor and employee and employees have a range of training in various areas for example, Mental Health Awareness.
