Afternoon and a happy Friday!

Can I please ask for some assistance, I am looking for a list of prosecutions under the above act for a presentation I am going to deliver in a couple of weeks time.

I have checked the prosecutions database but it does not allow a search under a specific act.

Does anyone know where I might be able to find this level of detail please?

I note you are an IOSH member. Have a look at the London Metropolitan Branch section on the IOSH website and listen to/watch the legal update given by Kizzy Augustin in October 2014. Her slideshow and talk may be of interest. Her statistics indicate that under the Corporate Manslaughter legislation since Oct 2008 there have been 7 convictions (2 went to trial and 5 have entered guilty pleas), 2 have been acquitted and 2 are awaiting charges. She gave some background information to the cases in question.

The HSE prosecution databases do allow searches by Act or Regulations (And in advanced search by specific section/subsection or regulation number/paragraph).

1. Select “Breaches” >Continue
2. Select Search item “act” > continue
3. Select the Act from the list “Corp manslaughter and corp homicide 2007” >go

But it returns just three in the current database and two in the historic one and sometimes there are no case details. So the links posted above have provided more detail.
