I am in the process of undertaking a first aid needs assessment for my company (large multi-site office block) and was wondering if any kind folk on here would be willing to share any templates or good examples they may have.
Like most guidance, the HSE explain what to consider i.e. number of personnel, type of works etc etc but no good examples of how to complete/layout the actually needs assessment.

I simply made a table that had headings copied from the list of things to consider in the HSE guidance with a space to write a commentary on each.
