Hello all, first post, we have had a behavioural safety programme on site at our food manufacturing site for the past 5 years, head count approximately 250, we have tried to evolve it and keep it fresh, however the continual discussion programme has plateaued out, to be honest it was to be expected to some extent. I thought I would ask to see if anyone had similar programmes at their workplace, experienced similar plateaus and had any thoughts on what they did. Many Thanks all, Martin.
