Greetings one and All

Wonder what experience members have with employees who Declare medical condition Cystic Fibrosis.

Im looking at getting a care Plan in place for an employee at current position who has declared it but really am out of my depth here

So far I have completed the fairly straight forward ones, Asthma, diabetes and Epilepsy but CF is completely new to me

any and all advice, pointers more than graciously accepted

Hi. I've not had experience in relation to the workplace as such, but I have been involved in the nursing care of patients with CF. Best person to speak to about it would be the employee themselves; they'll know what support they require. There's more info at the following link:

When you say a care plan... sorry spidey sense tingling again.. the only person who can complete a care plan for the person would be a health care professional...you would be asked to make the proper adjustments in your 'response plan' and risk assessment for the individual to carry on working normally.

Happy to give you pointers on what to be expected to be asked for privately but this isn't really for a public forum
